Successful recruiters should be able to interface with our candidates who possess a variety of skills and diverse backgrounds. In addition, he or she must be able to manage multiple projects, negotiate salary offers, act as a career counselor, interact with and work as a partner within the entire interview process both with our candidates and client companies.

Our recruiters are rewarded in direct relation to their achievements. They are paid a base salary in addition to 10% to 50% commission based on production. Our successful recruiters build their business and relationships with client companies and candidates while increasing their earnings substantially.
